Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • If you'd like some heat, feel free to add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. 
  • You can use your favorite shredded cheese, such as cheddar, instead of mozzarella cheese.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned and just cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add the broccoli and cook another 5 minutes. Pour the chicken and broccoli into a sprayed baking dish.
  3. Combine the heavy cream, Parmesan and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken. 
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake about 5 minutes more, until melted.
