Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 2 minutes plus 1 to 2 hours to cool
Cook Time: 2 to 3 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes plus time to cool
Servings: 20
Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
Here's how to make it:
- Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high in 30-second increments, stirring after each one, until completely melted and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. (Use whatever chocolate chips you like. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate or semisweet all give the fudge a different flavor profile. If you feel so inclined, throw in a handful of chopped nuts. )
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Cool completely before cutting into pieces. (The number of servings depends on how big you cut the fudge.) Store the fudge in an airtight container on the counter.
