Who says you can't have cookies for breakfast? This easy banana oatmeal cookie recipe has just two ingredients – and they're both healthy. You could add in chocolate chips or chopped nuts, but that's your call.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats (more may be needed to make batter thick enough)

Here's how to make them:

  1. Mash the banana. Stir in the oats, adding enough to make a thick, not runny, batter.
  2. Drop tablespoons full of the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 minutes.
