Healthy 2-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookie Recipe for Snacking or Breakfast

Who says you can't have cookies for breakfast? This easy banana oatmeal cookie recipe has just two ingredients – and they're both healthy.

Bananas and oats are both healthy foods to add to your diet. The health benefits of bananas are vast. And oats are one of the healthiest foods to include in your diet daily. Your gut health, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and blood sugar may thank you!

This two-ingredient cookie recipe is made with ripe bananas and quick oats. That's all. The banana is mashed and the quick oats stirred in. The batter is baked on greased cookie sheets for about 15 minutes or until set. You could add in chocolate chips or chopped nuts, but that's your call.

Keep these banana oatmeal cookies close by for a quick snack or on-the-go breakfast. Store the leftover cookies in an airtight container so they stay fresh.
