Years ago Olive Garden had a chicken alfredo pizza on their menu. Though it's no longer available, this is the copycat chicken alfredo pizza recipe so you can still make it at home.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust or your favorite pizza crust
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped green onions
Here's how to make it:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge it in the flour. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until well browned on both sides and cooked through. About 2 minutes before chicken is done, add half of the minced garlic. Remove the chicken, drippings and garlic to a plate. Cool and shred.
Form the pizza crust on a pizza stone or pizza pan.
Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven until lightly golden brown, about 7 minutes.
Spread the crust with the alfredo sauce.
Top with the shredded chicken and garlic.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella, Parmesan and green onions.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
