Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn, warm
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- sprinkles (optional)
Here's how to make them:
- In a pot, combine the sugar, light corn syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Add the vanilla and baking soda. Stir well.
- Pour the syrup over the warm popcorn. Stir to coat all the popcorn. If using sprinkles, add them now.
- Spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray and then shape the popcorn into balls. Cool completely.
