This gluten-free roasted beets recipe only has requires two simple ingredients: beets and olive oil. The beets are washed, trimmed, peeled and cut into chunks. To avoid staining your hands, you may want to wear some disposable gloves! The beets are put into a baking dish, drizzled with olive oil and baked for about one hour or until tender. So easy!

- 6 beets, washed, ends trimmed, peeled and cut into large chunks

- Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 1 hour or until tender. Serve the beets warm or cold.
