Ingredients
Cake
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon milk
- dash of cinnamon
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the cake ingredients into a mug and stir until combined.
- For the cinnamon swirl, melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle the mixture over the cake in the mug, then carefully swirl them together.
- Put the mug into the microwave and cook for about 50 seconds. Remove and allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.
- For the glaze, stir together the powdered sugar, milk and cinnamon. Drizzle over the cake. Eat!
