How to Make Fry Sauce: You'll Never Eat French Fries Any Other Way Again After Trying This Easy Recipe

If you're a french fry lover who has to dunk those crispy fried potatoes into a dip, then you're going to love this easy fry sauce recipe. Fry sauce is simply ketchup and mayonnaise. That's it. If you like things spicier, add some hot sauce. Once you've dipped your fries into this sauce, there's no going back to regular ketchup. And why stop at fries? It's great on a burger, too.

You'll need:

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. If using hot sauce, add it until desired heat level is reached.

Love this! In Puerto Rico, we call this sauce simply Mayo-Ketchup (with a Spanish accent, LOL). Whenever I come back home and it's not readily available, plain ketchup seems downright boring. Thank you for the easy recipe!

Going to make some air-fried french fries tonight (it's National French Fry Day!). And yes, making this sauce, too. Yum! I have been dipping my fries in sriracha ketchup. So good.

And that burger looks AMAZING.
