No-Bake Coconut Balls: Tame Your Sweet Tooth With Just 5 Ingredients

Sometimes you just need a coconut ball. Enough said. If you want to make fancier coconut balls, drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle with chopped nuts

You'll need:

Here's how to make them:

  1. Combine the sugar, water and corn syrup in a pot. Bring to a boil. 
  2. Add the coconut and cook until temperature reaches 236 degrees F on a candy thermometer, stirring constantly. 
  3. Form into balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth. 
  5. Dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate. Place on aluminum foil or wax paper
