Juicy 2-Ingredient Flank Steak Recipe Melts in Your Mouth by Donna John
The fumes from the blender may make your eyes tear up like you're watching a sad movie. But once you taste the end result – a juicy and tender flank steak – they'll turn to tears of joy. Trust me!
Somehow, just onion and water makes a gluten-free flank steak flavorful and tender. Put the cut-up onion and water into a blender and blend the heck out of it until it is liquid. Pour the onion over the steak and it it marinate at least one hour. When ready to cook the steak, remove it from the onion marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill the steak on an outdoor or indoor grill until it reaches your desired doneness. You could also pop the flank steak under the broiler.
If you're not a flank steak fan, try this two-ingredient marinade on ribeye, sirloin or your favorite cut of beef. Serve this easy flank steak on steak night with your favorite side dishes.
