Ingredients
- 16 ounces brussels sprouts, rinsed and dried
- 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- garlic salt, to taste
Here's how to make it:
- Generously coat the brussels sprouts with the butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, to taste. (If your brussels sprouts are really big, you can cut them in half.)
- Grill over coals and small slabs of oak wood, if you have it, until tender. (You could also cook them on a gas grill. Sometimes I like to sprinkle them with crisp bacon.) Serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
