This Easy Lemon Butter Shrimp & Capers Bowtie Pasta Recipe Is So Much Yum!

Want an easy and tasty dinner the whole family will love? Then this easy pasta recipe is for you! So much yum! You won't have leftovers.

You’ll need:

  • 1 pound bowtie pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 jar capers, drained
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Morton’s Nature’s Seasons or salt and pepper, to taste

Here’s how to make it:

Combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and Nature's Seasons seasoning blend in a bowl. Set aside.

Put the cooked pasta, shrimp and capers in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the seasoned butter over the pasta and toss to combine. Serve.

I was forced to make this yummy pasta recipe so I could take pictures. Poor me. ;-) Heather Holter , this is really good! We do have leftovers, but there is only two of us (though we put a good hurt to it!). I did only use one stick of butter instead of two, and sprinkled it with Parmesan cheese before serving. Great meal and really easy to make. Thanks for sharing it!
