Here's a different flip on pancakes – pancake muffins. The pancake muffins recipe starts with pancake mix and is ready in about 20 minutes. The moist maple-flavored muffins are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack any time of the day.

The four-ingredient muffins have a short ingredient list that you probably already have in your kitchen: pancake mix, milk, eggs and maple syrup.
