Easy Roasted Garbanzo Bean Crunchers Satisfy Salty Snack Cravings Healthfully

Need a healthy snack? Here's how to feed the need for a salty little crunch. These garbanzo bean crunchers are loaded with nutrients, like 27 grams of slow-burning, good carbs, 6 grams of muscle-building protein and a whopping 5 grams of dietary fiber in every 1/2 cup.

You'll need:

Here’s how to make them:

Rinse and dry the garbanzo beans.

Toss the garbanzo beans in olive oil and seasoning. If you want to make two flavors, simply divide them on the cookie sheet. Roast at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy. Watch carefully to not burn the beans.

Makes a great gift!

I made these this weekend, and they are addictive! I did half with garlic powder, salt and pepper, and the other half with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Will add more seasoning next time, but am really enjoying snacking on them. Beth Aldrich, CHC, AADP, CNT Elisa All Schmitz 30Seconds Nicole DeAvilla Kim Kusiciel
