It's time for gameday snacking! Bacon and guacamole deviled eggs? Yes, you read right. What's not to love about this deviled egg recipe? We know almost everyone loves deviled eggs, guacamole and bacon. It's a winning recipe for the World Series™, no matter who you are pulling for!
The mashed egg yolks are mixed with avocado (check out the health benefits of avocado), bacon, minced jalapeno, minced red onion, minced fresh cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and give it a good mix. The creamy irresistible mixture is stuffed inside egg whites. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
If you're like me and avoid making deviled eggs sometimes because of how hard they can be to peel, do I have a tip for you: Use your Instant Pot™ to cook the hardboiled eggs! The egg shell almost falls off when you crack it. It amazed me the first time I cooked eggs under pressure, and now it's the only way I'll cook hardboiled eggs. Try it and let me know what you think!
Serve these creamy avocado and bacon deviled eggs as a snack, appetizer, lunch, dinner or at your next cookout or potluck. This deviled egg recipe is a keeper!
