- 1 cup split dried lentils, cooked according to package directions
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. (If you want the hummus thinner, add a little water.)
