Katie Malone, RD, LDN, is a Women’s Health Dietitian at Diana Health, where she serves as a resource and ally for women seeking to improve their health through nutrition. She studied molecular biology at Eckerd College before earning her degree in nutrition and food science from Middle Tennessee State University. Her areas of focus include pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, diabetes and metabolic health, weight management, digestive health and irregular or disordered eating patterns. Katie believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and is passionate about translating nutrition science into practical, individualized guidance that helps women feel informed and empowered in caring for their bodies.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys playing indoor and grass volleyball, participating in CrossFit, playing trivia, drinking plenty of coffee and spending time with her husband and their nine rescue cats.
