Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons Biscoff creamy cookie butter spread (divided)
- 1 ounce espresso
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 Biscoff cookies (divided)
Here's how to make it:
- In a small glass, make cold foam: Add cream and 1/2 teaspoon cookie butter and blend with a frother. Set aside.
- In a small cup or bowl, add 1 tablespoon cookie butter and espresso. Mix well and set aside.
- Assemble: Swirl the inside of a tall glass or 16-ounce plastic cup with remaining 1 teaspoon cookie butter and fill with ice. Pour espresso mixture and milk over ice, leaving room at the top, and stir gently.
- Carefully pour in cold foam over the top of the drink. Crumble 1 cookie over the top and garnish with remaining whole cookie. Enjoy!
