This Berry Banana Oatmeal Recipe Is a Healthy On-the-Go Breakfast

We're all busier than ever, but that's why it's crucial not to skip breakfast! We need that energy to fuel our bodies so we can handle everything that's thrown at us during the day. With just a few healthy ingredients and a microwave, you can have a power-packed breakfast in no time. Take it with you on the go by placing it into a re-usable jar with screw-on lid. Nutrition in a snap!

You'll need:

  • oats
  • frozen fruit
  • banana
  • seeds
  • nuts 
  • your favorite milk or nut milk

Here's how you make it:

  1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe dish. 
  2. Heat it for 2 minutes.
  3. Scoop it into your jar and go!
