Kevin Mauermann is a real estate professional based out of Puyallup, Washington and is also the President of The Mauermann Group, a commercial real estate acquisition company based in the Greater Seattle area. Since becoming President in 2012, Kevin has held a consistent sales record in highly competitive industries while also developing lasting relationships with his clients.
Prior to The Mauermann Group, Kevin Mauermann spent 12 years with Tacoma Electric Supply, in which he held 3 different positions over his time with the company, starting as a Branch Manager and working his way up the ranks to become Director of Operations and eventually becoming an Account Executive. Kevin has often been recognized for his professionalism, and even received the Business Examiner's 40 under Forty award in 2007.
Outside of his professional career, Kevin Mauermann is also known as someone who works hard to give back to his community, doing so by serving as President of the Coalition for Nalley Valley Business Development from 2005-2010. Kevin also co-chaired the committee for Tacoma City Council on Homeless Encampments in 2006. That same year, Kevin Mauermann co-chaired the committee for Tacoma Chamber of Commerce's Total Resource Campaign, and repeatedly volunteered with them until 2010.
