Pregnancy Bed Rest: Why You Need to Focus on One Day at a Time

If you're on pregnancy bed rest, it's important to remember to take it one day at a time. When I was on bed rest for 26 weeks while expecting my daughter, my focus was on all of the things that I just couldn't do, and that was difficult.

Make today your sole focus.

  • Today, you are a "Resting Mommy Warrior," with the world at your fingertips.
  • Today, you are a "Maternity Manager."
  • And today, your focus is on luxury, pampering and cooking a baby.

Taking bed rest one moment at a time is a resting mommy's key to survival and sanity!

I agree with you... I always tell my patients one day at a time, and "eye on the prize"
