#MotherhoodRocks: The Tide Is High for a Great 2021 (Here’s My Secret) Motherhood Holidays

As the New Year inches toward us, we must remember that we, alone, have the power to make our life what we want it to be. Our inner vision sets the wheels in motion for what is to become. A new job, a new project, a new child; each begins with a thought, a desire to make something manifest. If what we desire is truly ours to have, if it is to take form in our life, it must be nurtured, cared for, respected and believed in. Something new and special is delicate in its newness, and must be treated that way.

All of the above got me thinking about what I want for my family and myself in the coming year, and that when we believe, anything is possible. When things get tough, it can seem as if all we have is our belief, but it alone sees us through. I know, because I’ve been there. Believing is seeing.

So, Mom, who knows what next year will bring. I hope great things for you and for me. I do know that if we remember that it is up to us, to dream in our secret place of wanting and to trust, we'll have more than a fighting chance. We will express our greatness.
