I love this Eirene! It's so true. When I had my first child, I remember critiquing my husband. He very gently said, if you want me to do it then you have to let me do it my way. He was so right! It also makes their relationship with the kids stronger if they feel they get to have some input.

This topic is so important to help moms understand no one is "right," parents are just different. I wish I had someone help me along in those younger years with this. I'm better now but it would have been so helpful to have this tip! Love it!

Yes both parents need to let the other parent parent the way they want. Everyone has different way of doing things and that needs to be respected.
