Our school has a no-candy policy for Valentine’s Day, but my boys still like to hand out some yummy snacks. We sat down and came up with these healthy Valentine’s Day treat ideas:
- Hand out real fruit leather with a tag that reads, "You're Berry Sweet."
- My older son wanted to hand out alphabet macaroni and cheese, alphabet soup, alphabet SpaghettiOs or alphabet pasta with a note, "You're too cool for words, Valentine." We agreed that alphabet cookies would be easier to carry.
- My middle son loves Goldfish crackers, so his messages will say, "I'm hooked on you Valentine!"
Feel free to borrow these at your school, too!
