Surprise Valentine's Day Breakfast & Dinner: Make It a Family Affair! by Holly Budde

Shhhhh!! I'm planning a surprise Valentine's Day breakfast and dinner for my family! Don't tell them, but I'm going to have a little fun with my family this Valentine's Day. I'm not one to enjoy going out to dinner, and this busy night I'm going to make a four-course meal for all of us.
- I will cook and freeze the main dish in advance.
- We'll have an appetizer, then soup or salad, main dish and dessert.
For breakfast my plan is to:
- Make heart-shaped pancakes with honey or maple syrup.
- Serve the pancakes with a pink breakfast smoothie decorated with fresh berries.
I'm keeping it simple, but spoiling everyone that morning and night. The great part is that most of it I can make ahead of time. I'm looking forward to it, and my valentines will be surprised!
