In 2011, I took a trip with my family to California, where I had the joy of meeting up with several of my 30Seconds mom friends. I can't tell you how much fun we had getting our kids, and ourselves, together.
On my visit, I met up with Kaira Rouda, a successful entrepreneur and author of the new book, "Best Day Ever," and Angela Chee, a media/communication coach, speaker and TV host/spokesperson who is on a mission to help people speak up and step into the spotlight and do more than they ever thought possible. We talked about how important it is to make time for friendships, and the value of real-life connections with those we have come to know and trust in our online world.
