I hope the many other parents who feel this way will read this post and feel better, Jessica Lawrence . You really hit on a key point in today's "competitive" parenting environment. You often feel like you have to do it all in order to just keep up. It's not healthy and it's not realistic. It is not only OK to fail, it is OK to say NO so that you don't have to fail. My word for the year is LESS. I try to remember it's OK to do less, though it really isn't easy. I work at it every day.
