Wow! This looks like a ton of fun, Renee Herren ! I love your photos. Looks like you had a blast (and your creation turned out beautifully)! 😀
Meredith Schneider
Mmmmm Renee Herren ! This would be fun to make with the kids. I would have to do chocolate ones for them and apple for me. Like little mini apple pies. They look delicious! Thanks for sharing! :-)
Renee
Apple would be sooo good and yes this would be a great cooking activity for kids! They could add sprinkles to theirs!

I am going to make these with my boys! They will love it.
Renee
They will! Especially if you let them choose their fillings and add sprinkles!

I made these in the past and created rainbow dough. It was great; my son thought the colors were awesome and he loved that we made them with his favorite jams.
Renee
Oh I bet he loved them for sure!!!

This is so cool! PopTarts=my favorite breakfast as a kid! Did I miss how you make the edges scalloped?
Renee
All we did is use the fork to pinch both sides together!
Terri Kendrick
But it looks like the dough, before it was pinched together, was cut with pinking shears.
Renee
Terri Jones ohhhh! We used some kind of big cookie cutter thing! Can you tell I don’t go in the kitchen much!? 😂
