This tender, juicy steak is soaked in a succulent marinade of honey, olive oil, rosemary, soy sauce and garlic. Is your mouth watering yet? Mine, too. Let's get grilling or broiling so we can enjoy this high-protein dinner.
To make the marinade combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic and fresh rosemary. Add the steak and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, but the longer the better. When ready to cook, remove the flank steak from the marinade and grill to your desired doneness. Let the steak rest before cutting it against the grain in slices.
Serve this drool-worthy marinated flank steak for dinner with your favorite side dishes. We like broccolini, asparagus, carrots, green beans, potatoes or quinoa. But anything will complement the flavors this this fantastic steak recipe.
