We're live at the Dean & DeLuca PGA Invitational in Forth Worth, Texas. For the second year in a row, we are having a fun and exciting meetup with our Texas-based contributor team, including Donna John, our senior digital producer and mom of three, and Meredith Schneider, amazing health coach and mom of four.

We started the livestream with fabulously fit Meredith Schneider. Meredith is a Dallas-based mom and healthy lifestyle coach. Not only did she give us some great tips on exercise and healthy eating, but she shared her personal story of losing weight and how it changed her life. Next up was camera-shy Donna John, who stepped out of her comfort zone to do this livestream. Donna talked about her journey with me through the iParenting and Disney days, and how that evolved to her working at 30Seconds. Check out Donna's tips here!
