So you or someone you know is graduating from college. That's no small accomplishment. A congratulations is certainly in order. You definitely deserve some downtime to enjoy what could be your last "free" summer.

- Create a sleep schedule to set your internal clock. Getting adequate sleep is key to avoiding burnout.
