At least 50 percent of our country never expected to utter the words "President Trump," but here you have it. We are at a place in history where a political outsider has grasped the golden ring. Why him? Here's what folks are saying:

• Conservative on Issues: After eight years of one party, typically, the pendulum swings, giving a natural nation balance.

• He Can Run a Business: DJT has proven business savvy showing that he can operate a huge corporation. Hopefully, this experience will help bring America back from insolvency, creating jobs and expanding our worth.

• Won't Back Down: He has fought many adversaries and odds and stuck to his instincts and won. Like it or not, he won't be pushed around and will defend the U.S.
