Even if you don't drink coffee, The Roastery is still a great place to visit (and people watch). Aside from the fascinating workings of watching coffees roasting from around the world, you will delight in regional chef, Tom Douglas' Serious Pie restaurant inside the Roastery. Great artisan pizza, wine and beer, too. Also, all of the Roastery sandwiches and pastries are from the Dahlia Bakery, another Tom Douglas establishment. Truly a unique experience for all.

Thank you for sharing all those extra details, Cassandra Conyers! I didn't get to try the pizza, but it sounds amazing! I enjoyed the pastries very much. I'm so excited about the Roastery and can't wait to see where else one may pop up. So happy to see you here on 30Seconds.com and hope you'll share more of your insights with us!! 😀
