My daughter loves to color and it's something that we love to do together. But frankly, I'm not always in the mood to color in her Shopkins or Frozen coloring books. That's why I'm loving these coloring books by 30Seconds contributor Kathy Simmield. They're filled with humorous pictures and funny commentary about the daily life of most of us moms. I definitely find myself chuckling a lot when I'm reading them.
I love that now I can do an activity with my daughter that she loves and that I find as enjoyable. There's something about coloring that just totally relaxes the mind and can be really calming at the end of a busy day with kids. And, of course, you can always add a glass of wine!
