Making homemade liquid soap is easy to do – and your kids will have a blast helping you make it. You’ll have enough to store in a gallon milk container.

You’ll need:

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Use a cheese grater to grate the bar of soap down to flakes. Take 1 cup of the flakes and put them in a pot with 10 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of glycerin.
  2. Stir the ingredients over medium-low heat until the flakes dissolve. Take the pot off the burner and let the soap cool.
