Spin Painting With Kids: Art Spinners Can Provide Hours of Creative Play for Kids & Help Students Reach Out to Their Teachers Activities Crafts

Moms and dads, Iā€™m sure many of us are in the same boat and looking for creative outlets while our kids are out of school because of coronavirus (COVID-19). We created some beautiful art pieces with my 6-year-old recently using an art spinner. The art spinner provides my preschooler and middle-schooler with a way to explore colors, textures and, of course, glitter.

  • We hang up the completed squares on clothes pins (that are lit by LEDs) and enjoy them as a fanciful clothesline masterpiece.
  • Once dry, we mail them to their teachers as notecards to stay connected with them.

Art spinner for the win!

I remember these from when my kids were little. So much fun, and yes, I made some creations myself, Tiffany Zook ! Love your idea for mailing them to teachers.
