Making a Difference This Holiday Season: Why Little Things Can Sometimes Have the Biggest Impact Make a Difference Holidays

Last night I left work at 1 a.m. The weather was frigid and my car frosts from the inside out. I grabbed my snow scraper and was already regretting not starting my car early before coming outside. I was exhausted, but began aggressively scraping my windshield.

There was a group of people chatting outside as their vehicle warmed up and I watched as they got into their car. I was a little envious that they could just drive away. But instead, the woman exited her vehicle and came over to my car with her scraper in hand. She got busy and we barely spoke while we focused on clearing the ice away.

After a long shift at work this small gesture was beyond appreciated. It reminded me how easy it is to make a difference.

Sometimes it's the little things we do that have the greatest impact.

How will you spread kindness this holiday season?
