We're live at the Dean & DeLuca PGA Invitational in Forth Worth, Texas. For the second year in a row, we are having a fun and exciting meetup with our Texas-based contributor team, including Donna John, our senior digital producer and mom of three, and Meredith Schneider, amazing health coach and mom of four. 

We started the livestream with fabulously fit Meredith Schneider. Meredith is a Dallas-based mom and healthy lifestyle coach. Not only did she give us some great tips on exercise and healthy eating, but she shared her personal story of losing weight and how it changed her life.
