Stress Relief for Moms: 3 Tips to Save Your Sanity This Mother's Day

Has the everyday stress of being a mom got you down? With Mother's Day fast approaching, here are a few tips to help you through those rough days:

  • Say NO. If you have those precious brief moments in the day where you can just sit and sip a nice cup of tea or coffee, don't agree to help a friend or do an errand – that's your time.
  • When asked what you'd like for Mother’s Day, tell them! How about a gift certificate for a massage or hair appointment? Let them give you the gift of relaxation.
  • Grab your computer and take a few minutes to watch those funny videos or late-night show clips that will give you a good laugh. Or read a favorite book.
