Process This: Processed Foods May Lead to Clogged Arteries! Heart Health Family Health

Processed foods are bad for heart – and overall – health. Chemicals and preservatives in them have been linked to inflammation in blood vessels, which can cause plaque formation. Just a few processed foods are:

  • soda
  • hot dogs
  • prepacked snacks
