Process This: Processed Foods May Lead to Clogged Arteries!

Processed foods are bad for heart – and overall – health. Chemicals and preservatives in them have been linked to inflammation in blood vessels, which can cause plaque formation. Just a few processed foods are:

  • soda
  • hot dogs
  • prepacked snacks

The more your body is exposed to these pro-inflammatory foods, the more your arteries are clogging up.

Awesome tips all must see! My family and I have been soda free for 5yrs, stay away from hot dogs.. fresh food produce and cook all the time. Which makes eating out hard.. Gotta head to Dallas for good quality food. Not chains what I call fast food on a plate.
