Of happiness! Duh! Think about it! Ralph Waldo Emerson's quote is so comforting for us busy moms. Not only does anger rob your day of joy, it's also bad for your health. Anger:

slows metabolism and immune response,
increases anxiety, and
takes away your ability to be there for your kids.

So, get mad and then get over it. Life is too short to stew! And remember my favorite saying: A smile confuses an approaching frown!
