Mindful Daily Actions: How to Live a Life That's Bigger Than You for Greater Impact Mindfulness
As I contemplate where I focus my energies each day and my desire to live fully each day, it occurred to me that there are three things to measure my efforts against to make sure my goals have a greater impact. I'm going to start requiring myself to take action each day that:
- Makes my life better.
- Makes someone else's life better.
- Makes my family's life better.
That way you are growing ā but it isn't just about you. It's also about supporting friends, family and community.
