If you are a busy mom like me, you probably have some stress that you carry around with you. I carry mine in my back. After a stressful month, my back pain got so bad that I was grimacing in pain and had to sit a few things out, which is really not like me! On one particular trip to the grocery store:

  • I grabbed a tennis ball from my garage on a whim. I remembered my trainer telling us to use one when we had pain, so I tossed it in the car.
  • While I was driving, I put the tennis ball between my back and the seat and started pushing on the ball where my back pain was localized. Oh my gosh, the relief!!

I continued to drive around the rest of the week with my tennis ball between my back and the seat. Wow, it really made a difference for me. Give it a try!
