Stressed? Try These 3 Meditation Techniques to Calm the Mind! Mindfulness

When the day is spinning out of control, meditation techniques can help to calm your mind. Even five minutes can make a difference! Here are three effective methods!

  • Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.  
  • Count the seconds of each inhale and exhale – it will help keep distracting thoughts at bay. 
  • Try guided meditation apps. These are particularly helpful when racing thoughts make sleep difficult. 

Meditation is a powerful way de-stress – and you can do it anywhere!
