When the day is spinning out of control, meditation techniques can help to calm your mind. Even five minutes can make a difference! Here are three effective methods!
- Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Count the seconds of each inhale and exhale – it will help keep distracting thoughts at bay.
