Choose to Be Happy After Divorce: Learn How to Find Gratitude! Mindfulness

Taking the time to find something positive – even in difficult areas – helps us orient toward happiness. Each day is a perfect day to acknowledge things in life that are good; as basic and simple as they may be, or as difficult as they might be to find. I can find gratitude in my husband leaving me. After divorce, I now know how to:

  • forgive
  • accept situations and people even if I don’t approve of them
  • have clarity on what is important to me and what my core beliefs are

I get to do things for ME and do what makes ME happy. I am stronger than I knew, and I am proud to be for my daughter. I like myself!
