Believe in yourself! It's cliche, but significant, and there are ways we can improve self-confidence when we're lacking: 

  1. List strengths you've discovered in yourself; include things others have said about you, whether you believe them yet or not.
  2. Work on believing the things on your list. 
  3. Select two or three statements that feel most important to hear. 
  4. Write these on Post-It notes and place them around your home. Reaffirming things you know to be true can boost your self-confidence!
