Believe in yourself! It's cliche, but significant, and there are ways we can improve self-confidence when we're lacking:
- List strengths you've discovered in yourself; include things others have said about you, whether you believe them yet or not.
- Work on believing the things on your list.
- Select two or three statements that feel most important to hear.
- Write these on Post-It notes and place them around your home. Reaffirming things you know to be true can boost your self-confidence!
