Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Learn CPR to Save a Life!

You never know when you'll be called on to help in an emergency. That's why I recommend everyone should learn CPR. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a lifesaving procedure that can be used in many emergencies, including heart attack or near drowning, when a person's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.

As an instructor I've found that practicing CPR skills gives people confidence to deal with emergency situations. You don't have to be a medical professional to learn it. It’s a great set of skills for teens to learn, especially if they are babysitters.
