It's snowing outside as I write this! Sometimes, our emotions can feel the same way. We wake up wanting sun and joy, but instead feel cold and snowy. Depressing days can hit us all. The good news is, like the cloudy sky on a wintery day, the sun is still there. 

We just have to be reminded: Behind all the dark emotions, you still have a core of sun. So, when depressing days hit, seek the sun. Get up, get out, exercise, talk to a friend, smile on purpose - whatever it takes to bring a little sunshine your way.
